Appointments and Cancellations
To help the spa better schedule our appointments so that you can have your desired time slot and therapist, we recommend that our customers contact us at least 3 days before their preferred treatment date. While we may not be able to guarantee that we can accommodate your desired slot, we will do our utmost to commit our resources to meet your preferred schedule and therapist.
Please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before the appointment time. Late arrival may result in shortening of the treatment time, as the spa needs to cater to the next customer. Should you be expected to be late, please contact the spa consultant earlier so that appropriate adjustment may be made.
No show or any cancellation made less than 24 hours before appointment time will be charged as 1 full session.
The spa seeks the understanding of customers to refrain from changing their mind about the type of treatment they want after informing the spa consultant or therapist as some of the treatments require ingredient preparation and once the ingredients are prepared, we are unable to change the treatment for you.
Twin room is available upon request.
Spa Ethics
As all our customers come to the spa for relaxation and rejuvenation purposes, we will appreciate that our customers can refrain from speaking loudly in the spa. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are discouraged from being brought into the treatment areas. If it is necessary to bring them into the treatment room, please switch to silent mode. Please respect the privacy of all our customers.
To keep the spa clean, our customers will have to leave their footwear at the reception area. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the spa, in accordance to Singapore Law. No outside food or drinks is allowed in the spa.
Safety
If you are feeling unwell, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other medical complaints or condition, please inform our spa consultant/therapist. This will help us recommend appropriate treatments or take necessary precautions. Please note that all treatments are taken at your own risk. If you have any doubt, please consult your doctor in advance.
Please watch out for doors opening along the walkway.
Lockers are provided in the female changing room.
Our staff will guide you to change into the appropriate attire prior to the start of the treatment. Please keep all your valuables within the lockers provided. We discourage our customers from wearing or bringing jewellery/valuables during your spa visit as they may need to be removed for the treatment. The spa will not take responsibility of any losses of valuables within the spa.
Mode of payment
For cash payment, please note that the spa only accepts Singapore dollars. The spa also accepts nets, credit cards and cheques.
Exchange and refund policy
Validity Period. All treatments must be completed within a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. There will be no extension of the 2-year period nor any form of exchange/refund for any unused treatments beyond the 2-year period.
Cooling period. The sap accords a cooling period of 5 working days to allow customers to seek full refund of payment made should they decide not to proceed with the service of the treatment package that they have signed on for. If they have consumed a portion of the package purchased, the remaining balance (less any free treatments/discounts that could have come together with the treatment package bought) will be refunded. This policy is reflected in the "Package Terms and Conditions" which will be signed with every customer who purchases a treatment package with the spa.
Beyond the cooling period, should you have unused treatments that are still within the validity period of the package that you do not want to utilise, there will be no cash refund of payment made. However you may choose to:
- Transfer the remaining package to another person.
- Transfer the cash value of the remaining package to purchase other treatments/products at regular price.
- Convert the cash value of the remaining package into LA TOUCHE gift certificates.
All requests to transfer/convert packages must be made in person at LA TOUCHE by the Principal Package Holder. Telephone request or request made by any other party will not be entertained.
For products: All products purchased are strictly non-refundable.
For treatment services: Any treatment service(s) already utilized are strictly non- refundable.
The above policies are also communicated in our service menu, spa folder and website.
Management of Deposits
Deposits/Pre-payment may be collected from customers who wish to :
- Order a product
- Place booking on a next appointment
All deposits paid are not refundable unless the spa is unable to provide the customers with the product ordered or fulfil its service to provide the customer with the appointment booked.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for all occasions. All gift certificates must be redeemed within the stated period indicated. Please refer to terms and conditions in the certificates.
Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts are available and can be tailored to suit your needs. Please write to enquiry@latouche.com.sg.
Spa Parties and Other Events
Spa Parties and other events can be arranged at the premises and at outdoor locations.
Code of Ethics
- We look after our clients' interest at all times. We aim to make our clients feel comfortable ad secure at our premise.
- We uphold integrity and demonstrate professionalism.
- We do not deploy any form of pressure selling or unethical sales tactics at all times. Clients are assured that there will not be any selling activities conducted during treatments.
- We honour the prices indicated in our website, advertisements, spa packages and service menu.
Confidentiality
- New customers will need to provide customer information to enable the spa to perform internal administration and marketing activities such as contacting customers, billing, monitoring of treatments etc. New customers also need to fill up a simple health questionnaire to help the spa assess your health conditions so that we are able to recommend the appropriate spa treatment for you.
- The information to be gathered is strictly used by La Touche for the purpose of internal administration, customer communication and internal marketing activities. La Touche respects the confidentiality of customer information and is committed to protecting the information provided.
Policies
The spa offers services to both male and female. The spa offers separate changing areas for both genders.
For customers who take up our spa packages, please read the package terms and conditions carefully.
La Touche reserves the right to amend any policies and practices pertaining to its operations without prior notice.
